107.7 THE BONE MASTER CONTEST RULES

No purchase is necessary to participate in a 107.7 The Bone contest. By entering a 107.7 The Bone contest, you accept our official rules as detailed below.

107.7 The Bone contests are open to any U.S. resident 18 years of age and older residing in the nine Bay Area counties (San Francisco, Marin, Contra Costa, Solano, Alameda, Napa, Santa Clara, San Mateo and Sonoma) and who are able to utilize the prize awarded in any particular contest, unless specified otherwise in individual contest rules.

An individual who has won a 107.7 The Bone contest valued at $75.00 or more is not eligible to win another 107.7 The Bone contest prize for sixty (60) days from the date the first prize was won. An individual who has won a prize with a value of $600.00 or more is not eligible to win another 107.7 The Bone contest prize for one year (365 days) from the date the original prize was won. Exemption: Winners of prizes who win at "Sticker Stops" or other giveaways at client locations.

107.7 The Bone (the “Station”) reserves the right to use any video, audio, photographic or print material involving the winner's name, voice, and/or likeness for promotional use without further permission or compensation. Winners agree to participate with the Station and its advertising agencies in publicizing or broadcasting the winners' names, winnings and their picture or character likeness without further compensation.

Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for other prizes or for cash, except in the sole discretion of the Station.

Winners are solely responsible for all federal and state taxes that may apply to any prize. Winners of prizes with a value in excess of $600.00 will receive a 1099 tax form in January of the following year, reflecting the value of the prize.

Winners of prizes in excess of $100.00 will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. If a contest winner does not respond to a prize notification within 15 business days of winning, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Station’s sole discretion, may be awarded to another contestant.

In the event that the winner of a trip with pre-determined dates cannot travel on the designated dates, an alternate trip may be offered at the Station’s sole discretion, but no consolation prize will be awarded.

If, after the contest has begun, changes or updates to the rules are made, the changes will be announced at approximately 7:30 a.m. on the day that the change is to take affect. In addition, an addendum outlining the changes will be available in the station lobby.

Employees of Cumulus Media Partners LLC and its affiliated companies and immediate members of their respective families are not eligible to participate in any contest aired on 107.7 The Bone.

By participating in 107.7 The Bone contests, each participant agrees to release and waive any and all claims for damage for death, personal injury, loss of property or property damage that he or she may sustain as a result of his or her participation in the contest or the use or non-use of any prize, and to release radio station 107.7 The Bone, radio station KSAN, Cumulus Media Partners, all contest sponsors and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with his or her participation in the contest, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above.

All contest entries become the property of the Station. Complete contest rules are available in the station lobby.

The Station reserves the right to end the contest earlier than the date listed or to extend the length of the contest.

If, by reason of error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is determined that it is not capable of completion as planned due to tampering, technical failures or any other cause.

107.7 The Bone and all sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the entering of and/or processing of the contest. 107.7 The Bone and all sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transport, theft or destruction or authorized access, or alteration to, entries. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned or any other causes beyond the control of 107.7 The Bone and all sponsors that affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, 107.7 The Bone and all sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.

The decisions of Station management regarding prize awards and interpretation of these rules shall be final.
